Virtual Psychotherapist Cambridgeshire UK
Embrace Your Journey
Welcome to path2me online psychotherapy. Based in Cambridgeshire, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve good mental health through psychotherapy. I am a fully trained and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy therapist with the BABCP. I am also a fully trained Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapist registered with EMDR Association UK. I provide a personalised and confidential virtual talking therapy service to address a wide range of common mental health concerns. If you are struggling with depression, or anxiety of any kind: PTSD, trauma, worry, health anxiety, social phobia, agoraphobia, or other specific phobias, I am here to help and support you. If you struggle with insomnia or sleep problems, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anger, stress, the therapy I offer can help with these too.
My approach is client-centred, which means I work collaboratively with you to prioritise your needs and therapy goals. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts, gain insights into your behaviour, process unresolved issues, and develop coping skills to overcome your challenges.

I use evidence-based CBT and EMDR therapy to try and help you achieve lasting change. Both CBT and EMDR are recommended by NICE guidelines for the treatment of common mental health conditions. I also teach relaxation and mindfulness-based practices for stress and anger management.I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. Let me guide you on your path to self-discovery and self-empowerment, and I will be with you every step of the way.
